Restaurant Bookings Policy

As a family-owned independent restaurant, we have had to introduce a cancellation policy.

We require credit card details as a deposit for all bookings. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, therefore if a table fails to attend or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice we will charge £15 per cover lost. However, we do understand plans can change at a moment’s notice and for such occasions, at the managers discretion, gift vouchers may be given for the full deposit.

If in the event you are running late, after 15 minutes we will attempt to call you. If we haven’t heard from you after 30 minutes from your booking time you will be charged the deposit fee.
